I usually don’t ever do mobile orders. So I go inside. There was a gentleman in front of me which they took care of. Then a mobile order walked in the door and they spoke to them first. Even though I was already at the counter smh took ten minutes just to get some sauce after waiting 20 minutes in the line.

Then had to repeat the entire order. She still got it wrong and the mccrispy ended up with nasty, greasy, melted cheese all over it. And it tasted like the whole thing had been dunked in pickle juice. And they gave us no napkins. As someone who has worked as a waitress at a time in my life, this was an easy order. Should have been no problem. Terrible service and food.
