- MFMary FranksNov 8, 20251.0Did a mobile order for curbside pickup today. Pulled in at 12:22pm and checked in. Waited til 1245 and went inside to see where my order was. Waited at Mobile order station and waited another 10 minutes as no one asked if they could help me. Eventually as I assume was the manager just happened to walk by I asked if she could help. She did after another 5 minutes handed it to me. As I checked my bag for accuracy I realized that 2 coffees were missing. I then had to ask for help again for my coffees. After a total of 40 minutes got my order and NO ONE apologized for my wait and inaccuracy of my order! LAST TIME AT THIS MCDONALD'S! This was the Pines Rd., Shreveport restaurant.
