After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes the person at the window only said "what's your order again?" I answered, she plops the bag in my hands and closes the window. Not a thank you, have a nice day or sorry about your wait. Dont get me started on my previous visit. Awful lack of pride in Shreveport.

It wasn’t it till I finished my 20 minute drive home they brought it out this is a terrible business
