Tried to make Jimmy John’s a place to order for my workplace. Ordered a catering order and they left out our chips. Couldn’t offer a refund for those items and had to send an employee back to get the chips instead. Ordered again and they got two of the four sandwiches wrong. Management refused to help one of my employees too for misunderstanding that “TAKE OUT BREAD” doesn’t mean no bread. Apparently it means “scoop out bread”. An honest mistake that was handled very rudely by employees and management. Tried a THIRD time and they made a turkey picklewhich with ham. My employee went back up there after this being the third time in a row having an issue. The JJ employee took her sandwich back and PUT THE MEAT BACK ON THE BAR. My employee touched all over her sandwich to make sure it wasn’t turkey. Absolutely disgusting and they were rude again. The rudeness we tried to overlook but putting the handled meat back in the meat on the bar was revolting.

So this was my first time ever visiting this location just wanted a quick combo and the cashier with the long braids claimed she could not hear me but it was even more harder to hear her. First thing I said when approaching her was I wanted the original combo. At the end of ordering and receiving my food I received a sandwich no chips no drink or anything. The gentleman beside her gave me a drink to compensate for her attitude and misunderstanding. Customer service is a key when you're on the front line dealing with customers
Training is in order for this employee because this can be the downfall of any location. I possibly won't come back to this location because of this bad encounter.
