Do you think I was told that upon picking up by anyone? No. Went inside to ask and the lady responds with “Oh yeah.. well we ran out”. So you didn’t think to at least let me know as I picked it up???? A heads up would’ve been greatly appreciated. I’ve had Franks before and the quality this time was bad. Felt like I was biting a wet napkin. Then my partners pizza was completely burnt at the bottom. I hope do better.

Where the server is friendly, quick, and actually deserves the extra tip, and a side mention to the upper staff, of just how GREAT they were? Well, do yourself a favor, and try Frank’s Pizza Napoletana just once. I’m old, so the seats could have been a tiny bit more comfy, and the music could have been slightly less intense, but once our waiter Craig, treated us like family/friends, and each bite of hot food was better than the last, none of that mattered! This place served up the best Italian food we’ve had, ever! We’ve been to some of the largest food meccas around in California, Seattle, Texas, Chicago, and this place is our favorite! Take yourself for a treat, just once, that’s all you’ll need to be convinced.
