I visited the kings hwy location 11/22/25 service was horrible and on top of that my drink was not made right I had to tell him to put the cookies on top and then as I’m driving home the drink was nasty. I waited 30 minutes for 10 Munchkins then they came cold he didn’t ask if I wanted them warm I had to ask him to warm them I wish I could write a review with a negative star

They are out of everything very very frequently. Their store manager needs to get their store together. If the store manager can't then the district manager does. What's sad is this is a On Tap location, which doesn't even matter because what drinks and flavors they do have they don't use to make the drinks properly. Literally go anywhere else.

I ordered 3 chipotle hash brown wraps and they didn’t add the chipotle sauce to any of them. To top it off they were out of toilet paper in both bathrooms which is always nice.

Another beautiful example of enshitification as what happens when private equity takes over anything (looking at you Inspire Brands/Roark Capital Group) and short-term profits are valued over anything and everything else.
