The young lady said yes. The lady who was fixing it had the biggest issue it was the most uncomfortable experience she was being mean to the other girl who asked her changed it was very uncomfortable. I wish I asked for a refund. I would never eat again. and to mention the cashier stood in front of her why I couldn’t see her fix my drink it was very awkward.

When I get to the window to pay she immediately sticks the card machine out and asks for a tip. My coffee if next to the window and I notice it doesn’t have cold foam when it was supposed to. I let her know before she hands it to me and she goes back to add it. I get the coffee and leave and as I’m driving away I take a sip and notice it doesn’t have any of the sweeteners addd that I asked, and paid for. At this point I’ve paid $7 for a drink that was completely wrong, I don’t have time to turn around to get it fixed. I tried calling several times and wasn’t answered any of the times, though I was the only one at the location.
- ASannelies smithJan 3, 20262.0came to get breakfast and it was honestly bad. as someone who worked in food myself, i could taste that the grease in the fryer is extremely old, it was so pungent i spit it out. however the woman working the drive thru had great customer service and i know its out of her control, this is obviously a lack of quality management in the restaurant.
