    Very rude staff! I made an order for a pizza and pasta at 2, and the pasta didn’t even cover the bottom of the pan and the pizza was the wrong order. I called the store to report it and the lady who answered told me that my correct order will be redelivered shortly. An hour goes by and I don’t get anything so I kept calling the store for 35min straight and someone was deliberately ignoring my calls and would answer and immediately hang up every time I called. When someone finally answered after 40minutes of playing on the phone, (and I called from 4 different numbers) they had an attitude and I asked for a manager and they said the manager won’t be there until later. When I stated what I was told earlier when I reported the issue with my wrong order, with an attitude, they said he will be there(the driver) and hang up. Idk why people choose these jobs and be rude for no reason blaming others for their unprofessionalism and not wanting to do their job, but I will definitely not be ordering here again, will tell others at my job not to, and will be reporting this to corporate. I also went by the store when I got off at and looked at name tags and got names of the individuals working there to be reported as well. I didn’t even complain nor was I rude that my order was almost an hour late nor about the pasta being nearly empty I just wanted my correct order.

    I called up there 4x and I didn’t get an answer up until I called the 5x. I called to let them know that the delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door just left my food in front of my door. Mind you I ordered 2 medium pizzas ( only received 1) ordered cheese sticks didn’t receive it at all and I ordered 2 of the 2 liter drinks. I asked to speak with the manager, ( Jennifer ) and she was very rude and disrespectful. She didn’t let me say much at all hung up in my face the first time i tried too tell her what all we didn’t receive. It pissed me off and she also told me that she think i am lying because she bagged it her self lol. So I called back the second time and it was a guy that answered the phone and told me that he would let her know what else was missing that I tried to tell her about which was my cheese sticks. So she called me from a different phone number and she was like she will not be doing my cheese sticks because again she feels like I am lying And if I wanted to speak to the general manager, call the general manager and explained to them what happened Then hung up in my face again

    This is like the 5th time I ordered delivery and every time I am impressed always correct and on time not sure about the others peoples experiences but mine so far have been great

    I was ignored by staff when late to pick up my order due to work issues. This is around 9pm. No one came to either pickup window, so I went to the front door. It was locked, which I could understand in this area, but they ignored me at the car window, entry door and front window. I stood outside roughly ten minutes in 46 degree weather after having waited in my vehicle at the windows, two employees seemingly pretending to work while the other two are doing what looks like closing procedures. I called the store, no answer and the voice mailbox is full, it’s always full. Decided to call again after waiting outside about 5 more minutes, knocking once more as 3 of the 4 employees walked near the door. I called out to an employee entering through the back, he just told me to go to the pickup window, claiming he didn’t know why no one was responding. The older woman actually answered the phone after being done pretending to stock boxes, (I saw her literally just rearranging the same pile repeatedly) back purposefully turned to the pickup window that I’m standing at. I asked the same thing I asked the young man who had walked in: “is it too late to pick up my order?” She was so polite and cheerful until I told her I was standing at the window right there waiting. She exclaimed “OH! you’re PICKING UP an order!” She didn’t give any excuses as to why they were closing early or didnt answer the door/window but at least gave a poor apology for the wait. Additionally my order was marked as picked up before I arrived, so that explains why they weren’t expecting me. But dang, I was just about 20 minutes late and they could’ve at least communicated that they were closing early for literally ANY reason. Pizza was okay, I never feel like there’s much sauce on the pan pizzas but if I order extra it’s drowned in it. Trash customer experience; another excuse to convince my house to not have cheat days.

    No answer over the phone. Went to store in person and talked to management about this. Still nothing has changed. Don't know how they stay in buisiness!!
