I had to call the store, greeted by an AI agent which is a joke and later transferred to an overworked employee to tell them that I am at the window, it took another 5 min. Dominoes- why invest unnecessarily on AI when you can’t even have enough human power to run these stores.

Also their app sucks big time. It may tell you the other is ready, but I think they had already given our order to someone else is my guess. Really too bad, I really like their pizza.
