My pizza was not ready. My loaded tots were done. I waited for about 25 minutes for my pizza, the one that was supposed to be ready. Of course my pizza was hot , but my tots were cold.

I came through around 830 for my pick up order and decided to go inside since the drive thru line was wrapped around the building after ALREADY waiting in it for 20 or so minutes. The door was locked with no sign or anything regarding lobby hours. I knocked several times and the workers inside just ignored me. I get doing this for safety reasons when it’s late but considering they don’t close till 1, that doesn’t make sense. Then when I called, I couldn’t even stay on the line for long with who I was talking to, she was very condescending. I received my food around 910 and by the time we got home at 930 the food was cold. Very disappointed.
