We just stood in line for 5 minutes watching 10 employees behind the counter kind of just…wandering. The person in the front of the line was waiting on something and I guess that put the whole place on halt. I don’t think they have managers.

The employee gave me brown rice, and I asked for the white rice, He contested they both have cilantro. Which I responded with, I do not want the brown rice, and he dumped the brown rice back into the container leaving brown rice all over my bowl while rolling his eyes and staring blankly. I went ahead and continued my order as I was hungry. As I looked around, I saw a griddle that had not been cleaned in days. Dirty utensils everywhere. Dropped food all over serving surfaces. When I went to drink station. Ice was piled up at bottom of dispenser. Lids and straws were everywhere. No utensils were available with exception of knives. Staff did give me fork when requested. Overall, a disaster of a store. Loud, vulgar music played by staff in store.
