  I’m honestly disappointed with the experience I had here. My order was messed up, and I wasn’t the only one — multiple people in front of me were also dealing with incorrect orders. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect, but what really stood out was the lack of customer service afterward. When a business makes an error, the bare minimum is acknowledging it and making an effort to fix the situation or offer some type of accommodation. Instead, there was no real attempt to make things right, no compensation, and no sense of urgency or concern about the inconvenience caused. Good customer service isn’t about never making mistakes — it’s about how you handle them when they happen. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. Customers deserve to feel valued, especially when the issue comes from the business itself. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving how situations like this are handled in the future, because right now the service does not reflect a business that values its customers.

  Everything about Charleys is amazing!!! The employees were very nice. Got my order, Write in a timely manner it was very clean. Just a really really good place. I would definitely recommend going.

  The Charley's manager makes sure things are in order and shift leads are very respectful repeats your order back to you to make sure everything is right and correct also if something ends up being wrong or not right they are quick to fix it and give there apology. I love there chicken teriyaki turkey club and Thai Chili wings are my favorite. As many times I am there every one of the employees are well respected and very kind sweet makes sure you are happy with the order and always ask if there is anything else they can be assistance with.The shift leads and there team always making sure everything is to the customers satisfaction making sure food if coming out on time making sure all drive through orders are complete as well the door dash orders and orders to go. The store is well kept clean employees greets everyone that comes in and out. All the shift leads and there team are very hard workers they all help each other and make sure there co workers have what they need or if they need anything. As many times I've been there I've seen how well they work with each other and how respectful they are to everyone and the peers. Everyone that I have been around and got to know are very kind sweet respectful funny great since of humor just all around the best.

  I got the Nashville wings which was good. The only thing is they were kinda small.I didnt get as many fries but the customer service was nice with good staff. They have room to advance next time I go I will try one of the Philly cheese steak sandwiches.

  WILL NOT BE GOING BACK Tried ordering food through the app, but somehow the kitchen never got my order... thats fine ill just ask for a refund... gas station staff that deals with charleys could not help me and told me to come in to speak to a manager when shes in (I work nights and live an hour from location and told the managers daughter that was working the day of incident) I have yet heard anything from manager and have been to location multiple times after to resolve this incident. I know its not a million dollars but hell my money is my money especially if I paid for something and did not receive said product
