    EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS ON POINT!!! The service is top tier!!! The food is ALWAYS awesome!!! Keshia, the bartender, is stellar!!! She is second to none!!! I ABSOLUTELY love this location!

    This Carrabba's in Shreveport is my absolute go-to lunch spot! I visit frequently and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious and always feels like a great value for the quality. I really appreciate how they notice their regulars here; being a loyal customer actually feels rewarding. It’s more than just a restaurant, it feels like a welcoming place where I know I’ll have a great meal and excellent service. If you’re in the area, I can’t recommend it enough!

    We have had the best experience. Sam, the manager, and our server, Joel gave us the best service. Kept out drinks filled. Made wonderful suggestions. This is a favorite place of my grandsons.

    Yall have always been consistent. From managers to servers and host staff, and kitchen obviously. In a world that customer service is declining you guys remain focused on the customer. It’s very refreshing. Thank you!!

    This restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing, from the décor to the overall ambiance—it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of without being overbearing. The food was well-seasoned and flavorful, clearly prepared with care. While the sauce was a bit more watery than I prefer, it didn’t take away too much from the overall taste of the dish. The bar area was also a nice touch, offering a good selection of drinks and adding to the lively yet comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a great dining experience with strong service, solid food, and a beautiful setting. Definitely deserving of 5 stars, and I would gladly return.
