  We come in at 11 and we have to wait over 25 minutes just to get drinks and for them to FIND our server then me and my fiance get our appetizers and his friends get their food like huh? Then I finally get my salad and my fiance is still waiting on his meal plus his friends are still waiting for their appetizer. We finally get his food and it’s burnt like black as aces spades burnt. His friends fries are raw and the others has peppers all over his burger after specifying for no peppers. And before we leave we finally get his friends appetizer and ain’t nothing cooked right. Moral of the story I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending this place to ANYONE! (This is the second time I’ve had problems at this location specifically!)

  I ordered takeout, my food came out decent- that’s not my complaint. The staff seem very disinterested in helping. Precious specifically was very dismissive to a man trying to pick up a DoorDash order that she said she couldn’t find. Instead of trying to investigate why he would have an order for this store that she couldn’t see, she retrieved my drink and addressed the next person ignoring the door dasher standing there entirely. I would have been livid if she had done that to me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

  Danika did a terrible job running the bar. She ignored me once she finally allowed me to order, gave me the wrong food, and charged me for the wrong food she delivered. She never refilled my iced tea. She actually spent more time drinking out of her own cup than talking to me, despite the slow crowd. I’d give 0 stars if I could

  Food was great but we had a lady with neon yellow hair serving us. She gave the absolute worst service I have ever had. She barely checked on us, was blatantly rude, and after she gave us our card back she immediately asked for the ticket back because she was, “trynna go home.” I told her to give me one minute so I can sign it because I’m in the middle of eating and enjoying a dessert with my partner. She ROLLED HER EYES and took a step back just pacing back and forth behind the table until I signed it. We come here pretty often and our favorite server is Katelyn, she is excellent. But whoever this lady was really really sucked and should be fired.

  I placed a pickup order around 7:15 PM, and it was supposed to be ready by 7:50. It’s now 8:30, and I’m still waiting for my food. I’ve already asked three different employees about it since it’s been over an hour since I ordered.
