We then waited 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order, she Continually walked past us time again, I’d like to say the place was busy, but I can’t say that- after 20 minutes, we just packed up and left. It was weird - no one at the front ask us any questions, no one stopped us to pay a bill, even though we didn’t have one. No one asked how our afternoon meal was. we just left, and they let us. No desire to return.

When I explained this and requested a refund, the manager displayed an unprofessional attitude and appeared to avoid handling the refund through the drive-through, causing unnecessary delay. I am now concerned about how long the void/refund will take to process. I’m requesting clarification on the void and assurance that the funds will be returned promptly.

She goes above and beyond after I make my DoorDash order I call and I’ve asked her every single time. “Hey, can you make sure they get it well done”…. And she always makes sure it’s that. So I’ve gotta give Precious her flowers!!
