The employee behind the counter wasn’t wearing gloves and touched my wife’s and my ice cream with his bare hands. When I asked about it, he said “it’s not policy” and that he “just washed his hands.” He also complained that gloves make scooping harder. This is completely unacceptable. Food safety basics aren’t optional. Management needs to train their staff properly before someone gets sick.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
