  I have been coming to this location since they opened because I live close by. Service has been consistently terrible for years. Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line for cold food that I ordered ahead of time online. It was 10:30am on a Saturday and the doors were locked for some reason so I couldnt go inside. This happens probably 60% of the time. Today was my last straw with this miserable place. Owner and GM should be ashamed

  I had a terrible experience here. I placed an order for a mix of donuts and received a message that my order was ready. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t pick it up through the drive-thru and had to come inside. Once inside, the employee just stood there looking at me. I greeted her politely, and she asked if I needed help, then assumed I was a delivery driver and told me to call the customer. I had to explain multiple times that I was the customer who placed the order. Then I was told they only had strawberry donuts left and didn’t have my order. On top of that, the employee said she didn’t know how to cancel the order and that it wasn’t her problem. This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and trip. Very unprofessional service and poor communication. I will not be coming back.

  They gave me a broken cup and half my coffee spilled out in the cup holder. I’m am pissed I put a photo with the crack. I had to chug my coffee in a minute for the rest to not go to waste very disappointed

  This place is great and the survive is amazing very time you come here!! Will never make the mistake of going anywhere else
