  This Dunkin has almost always disappointed me. Food was always incorrect or burnt, rude employees, etc. However, this location has hired new employees and every time I’ve gone in the past month everything has been exceptional! I’m glad they hired a new crew because they are doing amazing and never disappoint. The girl with black hair and the septum is so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she needs a raise! If you’ve previously had bad experiences at this Dunkin, I’d recommend giving it another shot. New employees are amazing and quality of food & drinks is better than ever.

  Came in to order a ham and Swiss croissant, cashier behind the counter was very lethargic and almost seemed bothered that I even came in to order. A small child came in with her family after me to order very politely a chocolate donut. Cashier very emotionlessly looks at the child and proceeds to serve her providing only very short responses. I get it that people don’t always feel like being at work but I was not surprised to see that the same low effort, lethargic, don’t care attitude carried over to my food preparation as well. I watched the food preparation and the employee pulling my food out of the oven reacted to the fact that it was burnt as he pulled it out of the oven and still proceeded to serve it to me. *Please see attached picture* I like to consider myself a pretty easy going person and as someone who has worked customer service it’s easy to provide a base level of effort in service even on your worst day. Maybe it was an “Off day” for this location but my biggest regret was providing a $1 tip pre-emptively for service that was neglectful and almost offensive. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

  I just left the there.. I order one strawberry drink when I made it to the window, I realize that they had blueberry I asked was it OK if I changed it? The young lady said yes. The lady who was fixing it had the biggest issue it was the most uncomfortable experience she was being mean to the other girl who asked her changed it was very uncomfortable. I wish I asked for a refund. I would never eat again. and to mention the cashier stood in front of her why I couldn’t see her fix my drink it was very awkward.

  This place needs serious new management/employees! Awful coffee and experience. Waited an hour in the drive through line for the worst tasting coffee.
