As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- ALAj LewApr 23, 20263.0First issue was a guy in the back smoking cigarettes right by the drive thru speaker. Second issue is after we paid we were told to pull around because they were waiting on our wings. Another girl was smoking while giving out orders and left her cigarettes on the window then proceeded to bring out our food. Total wait time 25 minutes

Ordered 4 burgers total the first two were no mustard no ketchup extra tomato (bc the first time I went they didn’t even put tomato) this time they only put one slice of tomato on my burger. When told to the red haired girl at the window she had an AirPod in I had to repeat myself twice before she even took her AirPod out and continued to say she didn’t hear us. Having your AirPods in at a workplace is very unprofessional and then when trying to tell her my food was wrong she didn’t much care. It’s very sad knowing that I work in a similar industry and could never treat a customer that way. Or be unprofessional. Service matters do better 👏🏼
