  Placed my order. Small Philly Steak with everything that’s supposed to come on it. No additions/no deletions. Paid. Asked how long. 5mins. Used ladies room then got something to drink in the store part. Went to get my sandwich. It’s not ready. They asked what I ordered. I repeated. They brought me a sandwich with meat and cheese only. Placed order again (now a little annoyed). They’re annoyed too (I could hear them going back and forth) They brought another sandwich. This one had a cold bun, lukewarm steak, undercooked veggies and NO mushrooms. Oh, and flies around the condiments.

  Service was fast and the cashier was very kind, he helped me look over the menu when I didn’t know what I wanted. The food was really good, I will be coming back 🥰🥰

  Very friendly customer service. Ms. Debbie is an awesome manager. Her staff is really nice. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Excellent and fast service and the food was delicious!!!

  The food is so delicious and employees are awesome. I recommend this location to everyone to come and try it. The Manager Debbie runs a very respectable place, always a pleasure to go there

  I’m honestly disappointed with the experience I had here. My order was messed up, and I wasn’t the only one — multiple people in front of me were also dealing with incorrect orders. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect, but what really stood out was the lack of customer service afterward. When a business makes an error, the bare minimum is acknowledging it and making an effort to fix the situation or offer some type of accommodation. Instead, there was no real attempt to make things right, no compensation, and no sense of urgency or concern about the inconvenience caused. Good customer service isn’t about never making mistakes — it’s about how you handle them when they happen. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. Customers deserve to feel valued, especially when the issue comes from the business itself. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving how situations like this are handled in the future, because right now the service does not reflect a business that values its customers.
