- CRCourtney RoncalMar 23, 20261.0I alway stop here when shopping. When we walked in it was so nasty. The bathroom is disgusting 🫣. The three girl workers were so loud and kept forgetting what every person ordered. Parents were getting very frustrated. I had ordered two milkshakes for my daughter's and I had finished my big two scoop ice cream in a waffle cone before they received their milk shake. And still had to wait for it. I asked one worker whats taking so long and she stated I have to show her what to do. It was just all unprofessional. They were so loud among each other with laughing and talking I could barely hear my girls talk. And they gave us a small after we ordered a medium. It was just so disappointing 😞. Even my girls who are teenagers said Wow its never been like this!
- SMSelena MalekMar 18, 20262.0Today on March 18th, I took my daughter to this specific Baskin Robins location on Youree Drive. It was us and two other set of customers. I see he is working by himself, but needless to say. There was no greeting which most people are not really to worried about a greeting especially if you see someone is actively busy. Moving on, everybody is waiting and being patient, speaking to our children. Not paying too much mind to the simple fact he didn’t acknowledge any of the customers. It came to my daughter and I turn and I said can I get a kid cone with the flavor response coming after, he moves his neck no words, no thank you for waiting, nothing just a nasty head motion insinuating like which one, zero words, no communication. I then proceeded to say, can I please a Dubai chocolate milkshake? Again no words, then he shakes his head left to right up and down the line to then say, I don’t have it, I said that’s fine, can I get a mint chocolate chip milkshake? He’s very clearly aggravated, to the point he dumps entirely too much milk into my milkshake. I brush it off, because he’s overly stressed and upset. Luckily I like milk, but the point is, as a business you should not be allowing individuals to work, that cannot handle the workload, and have very poor people skills, and customer service skills working by themselves. Nobody was rude to him, nobody said anything to him even when it came time to order, everyone was very patient. I think it would be best to find someone else to take on the responsibility because it is very clear he cannot handle it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
