    Stopped by Bert Kouns location in Shreveport yesterday. I got the $7.99 special & it was good. BUT MY SHOES STUCK TO THE FLOOR SO BAD THAT MY FEET ALMOST CAME OUT OF THEM. THIS WAS NOT JUST IN FRONT OF THE DRINKS…. Makes me wonder how clean is the kitchen? The floor surely hasn’t been mopped in FOREVER. I guess I’ll have to throw my sneakers away & they weren’t cheap. I hated to get in my car with them so FILTHY on the bottom. The picture is AFTER I tried to clean. I’ve always expected Arby’s to be clean. This one was NOT. I’ll try another location but if I have the same issue, I have no problem marking Arby’s off my fast food list.

    I didn't eat the food, it was for my son, but Arby's is delicious! I'm giving 5 stars for the lady at the drive-thru window. She was so sweet and pleasant! I'd come back just for her!
