  I walk in...no one was in the drive thru, no one inside, cool should be quick...right? Wrong. Worker was sitting in the lobby, 2 workers in the kitchen 😒 no one greeted me but left me standing there 5 minutes before even addressing the fact that I was standing there. The lady, I assume the MOD was told I was at the counter....her first reaction was to roll her eyes at me. Walked up "what do you need", no hello no smile no nothing. Told her what I needed, she rang me up, cool. The friesand nuggets were so old they were stale and hard, burger cold and just thrown together. It took them 15 minutes to give me old cold food! Since I walked 2 miles from work and staying across the street and on the phone with my mother who begged me not to say anything. The food is actually a 0, atmosphere another 0, customer service -0. They all looked so high they could barely function, the two guys clothes was literally dirty , the restaurant was even dirtier. I ended up just asking for a refund and walked a lil farther to the Burger King. I can assure you I won't visit this location again.

  WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT STOPPING BY WENDYS FOR A QUICK MEAL! ABORT! I’m not a picky eater or one to complain but the food was awful. The fries were stale and probably cooked the day before. The bread on the hamburgers were dry and the over all experience was bad. I should have listens to the previous reviews before I pulled into the drive through. Save your time and money and skip going there.

  Very disappointed with the service I had tonight. I go here often at night because of my later work schedule at a fast drink place and usually the people are nice but tonight the service was horrible. The food was fine. When we pulled up to the speaker we were to wait just a minute and then waited for over 10 minutes before pulling up to the window where no one was waiting. There was a girl working inside, two boys on their phones in the lobby and another boy who I assume was about to leave. He saw waiting and looked at me a few times but never came to the window and we waited another 5 minutes there. When the woman finally came to the window she asked us if we were door dash and we told her we had a pickup order. She then told us to pull forward, and we asked for our drinks while we wait but she told us she would hand them out ahead. We waited another maybe 10 minutes there not totally sure before getting our food. There were no thanks you’s, your welcome or anything like that. Not even I’m sorry for the wait. Very disappointed with the lack of proper customer service and the manager will be getting called about this sudden problem.
