That is to say I do not make this review lightly. I have a very regular, simple to prepare order. Two Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos, Grilled. Small Baja Blast, No Ice. Recently this location has been serving me burritos with either over or undercooked rice. I can not tell. The rice is rock hard, and is completely inedible. I told the manager about this, and she comped my meal. Great, I thought. This is good service. Boom. Hard rice again. I bring this up, and the manager insists the rice was not hard, like she knew the texture that was going on inside of my mouth. She was incredibly rude about it too. Never ordering from this location ever again. Fire everyone working there.
