  App said my order was ready. Got to the drive thru they couldnt find my order initially. Employees seemed scatterbrained. They tried to give me someone else's order. Corrected them. When I got my bag they forgot items in my order, by the time they "fixed" it my food was ice cold and nasty. Couldn't finish the food i paid for it was soggy, cold, and gross. And to top it off they still forgot an item.

  Can’t get service at the register. All the employees tell you to use the kiosks. I don’t work here. I’m a customer. I don’t know how to use the kiosks. I shouldn’t have to do Taco Bell’s job for them…
