I gave my name, drove up to window to collect my food. The worker came by the window to fix the drink, opened the window and handed it to me. Then he went get the food bag and handed it to me. NEVER SPOKE A WORD OR SMILED—NOTHING! I don’t know what employees are getting paid for, the customer and Ai are doing most of the work…..not the workers.

Over the last year idk where the change happened but it happened for the worst. IF YOURE NOT SATISFIED W/ YOUR CAREER AT THE BELL, FIND YOU SOMETHING ELSE TO DO! IM CALLING CORPORATE!
