Zero stars would be appropriate. We waited well over 30 minutes for our mobile order through the drive-through when I went into the store to ask if it would be easier to pick up Inside and was met by a very frustrated, overwhelmed employee, who was not happy to see me. Some system reviews might be in order seems to be some sort of problem. I’ve never waited longer than 5 Minutes at a McDonald’s drive-through in my life. Avoid if possible recommend going to Burger King. They had no line and it looked very clean.

My Mother and I stopped one afternoon after a doctor’s appointment for soft served ice cream. We got creamy milk well they tried I immediately said I don’t want that I would like my money back This is issue #2 I paid $5.50 and initially they gave me $3.30 . I had barely pulled away from window, when I saw I was short Slammed on brakes I put down my car window and said This is not all of it I thinking they can’t figure out the difference between $3.30 and $5.50 so sad I pulled away with $6.85 HA #3 issue No cones and No vanilla and chocolate twist (that’s been gone a long time) I told the guy at window (drive thru) That I know He wouldn’t want to drink his ice cream either

The service and food were very satisfying. But; literally, every single table needed cleaning in the dining area. Restrooms were not very clean.

Just went through the drive-through for the second time before someone finally answered the speaker at 11:30 on a Saturday when the restaurant does not close until 2 AM. I was told they only had fries and chicken nuggets. This is unacceptable. Only 2 cars in line.

stopped on my way back home from the Angola rodeo with my boyfriend and his family to use the restroom and grab something quick to eat on the road. absolutely worst experience at a mcdonalds ive ever experienced. FIRST OFF, the bathroom had no toilet paper and the counter by the sink was filthy along with the stalls, which the floors were covered in toilet paper. SECOND, the service was very disappointing, multiple customers, (most of which had also stopped in on their ways home from the same rodeo), had been waiting for well over 30 minutes. most of our family was literally able to eat their food (which was terrible by the way) before they finally gave my boyfriends sister her and her child's food. THIRD, the workers were cussing in front of everyone and talking about refunding every customer and clocking out. the workers also forgot multiple things on nearly everyones orders, as well as not filling the receipt paper on the kiosk so my boyfriend and i didnt get a receipt nor our order number, LUCKILY i saw it within the 2 seconds it was on the screen and memorized it. if i could leave 0 stars, i WOULD. 0/10000. do NOT recommend.
