  Burger tasted good, fresh, spicy chicken nuggets were just warm, not too fresh, but not bad, fries were barely warm, and very salted, even for me, I actually like them salty, but this was a bit much. I was greeted and order taken quickly, not friendly, but not rude or anytning either. Restroom was ok, needed a once over, but not horrible. Needed paper towels- I did tell the cashier when I came out. The drive thru was pretty busy during my visit.

  i just left from here. i ordered at 4:50. although the food was hot and fresh it was prepared sloppy and the young lady at the second wendy was rude and has absolutely no manners and acted as if she doesn’t want to deal with me. not to mention i asked her a question and she proceeded to walk away and close the window… I normally understand workers because you never know the kind of day someone’s having so i always make sure to be kind to them, but when you work in customer service you can’t be rude to the customers.

  am writing to report a serious incident that occurred yesterday, February 12, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, at the Wendy’s located at 1400 N Trenton St., Ruston, LA 71270. During my visit to the drive-thru, I was served by a manager named Underwood, who used a racial slur toward me, calling me a “cracker,” because I did not have my payment ready immediately. This behavior is completely unacceptable, offensive, and discriminatory, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate disciplinary action is taken to ensure that no other customer experiences this type of treatment. I would also appreciate some form of goodwill resolution, such as a gift card or compensation, to acknowledge the seriousness of this incident. Please let me know if any additional information is needed from me. I expect a prompt response regarding the outcome of your investigation.
