Getting tired of this Sonic location. No marinara or ranch for my dry mozzarella sticks, though I asked for both. Ice cream machine is always turned off 1-3 hours before they close, yet they don’t mark it in the app so I’ll order a blast online, get to the store just to be told “there’s nothing we can do, it’s off, call corporate to get a refund.” Then when I push further all of a sudden they can offer a refund in-person in under 2 minutes?
Service feels like every single time I go there it’s a brand new employee, they don’t even know their own system and have to put me on hold for a minute straight to figure out whether or not they can change something. This time they actually managed to get my order out within 5 minutes but I’ve been to this location before waiting 20+ minutes for one meal. I think I’ll start driving the extra 10 minutes to the Farmerville location, surprisingly that one only 10 minutes farther for me doesn’t have nearly as many issues.
Edit: to top it all off, I just bit into my burger, the one I asked for no onions, and it has onions. I’m already back home and my SEVENTEEN DOLLAR meal has zero sauce, all the onions, and no incentive to go back.

I picked up an order for a fountain drink and a milkshake with Oreo mix-ins. My carhop, Caitlyn, handed me two straws, but I needed a spoon for the milkshake that has chunks of Oreos in it. I asked my carhop if I could have a spoon, but since she was too lazy to walk back inside to grab the spoon, she proceeded to tell me, “ We only give straws with milkshakes. We don’t give spoons with milkshakes.” I guess it’s good to know that if I ever stop by this location, I better not expect to receive a spoon with my milkshake if I ask for it. Absolutely asinine

Takes forever for the food to be made, rude, and half the time my order is wrong. I also found something weird in the bottom of my shake.

Worst Sonic you can go to. Very rude.
Me: I'd like a number 16 with tots and a Coke with ez ice *pause* and does this location have the $6 smasher meal?
Employee 1: no, we don't.
Me: ok *orders a kids meal with an apple juice box.*
*Order comes*
Me: hey, I asked about the $6 smasher meal, was told this location doesn't have it, but it showed on the screen while we were waiting. I'd much rather have the smasher meal.
Employee 2: so you don't want this order?
Me: he wants his. He had the #16, the burrito.
E2: digs through the bag, hands me his drink without a straw and the bag with the burrito. *Walks off*
E1: *comes out the car* I said we don't have the $6 smasher meal because it's limited time. I'll give it to you, but E2 said you had an attitude.
Me: no attitude, I just want what I tried to order.
E1: what do you want to drink? Fries or tots?
Me: fries, coke with ez ice.
E2: returns to car: you still want your apple juice?
Me: *confused* ok, that's fine.
E2: fine?? What do you want to drink?
Me: a coke, ez ice, but the apple juice is fine...
E2: you didn't tell me you wanted a drink *storms off*
E1: *returns with correct order, but doesn't give me a straw for the drink*
Me: can I have a straw for this drink?
E1: *walks off grumbling about me having an attitude, without giving me a straw*
Me: *officially gets an attitude, but already leaving this terrible excuse for a Sonic*
I'm just absolutely bewildered by this exchange. Also, why did they tag team us? If one person would have handled it, maybe there would have been less confusion. If the first person would have said I couldn't have an available menu item and told me why, I would have dropped it.
Just nasty attitudes and terrible service all the way around.
This was Saturday, March 14, just before noon. There was only one other vehicle, which should have been a warning at lunchtime on a Saturday.
