  I just ordered pizza for delivery. A very nice gentleman arrived at my hotel to deliver. I ran down to save him from having to come to the door of a room on the 4th floor. He was very polite and I’m sorry I didn’t notice until after I walked away that my receipt said ‘Driver Gratuity Not Included’ and the total on the receipt did not include the tip I left for him in the itemization or the total. I can see the tip in the app and it was charged to my credit card. After calling three numbers, I was finally connected to what I told would be the actual location, but I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. With confirmation that this gentleman and the other employees at this location are receiving their well-earned tips and I will change this to a five-star review.

  Waited over an hour for food just for them to deliver it to the wrong place and they told me it was nothing they could do abt refunding me.

  I ordered a meat lovers pizza that was missing several toppings. The only good thing was the driver that was very nice and professional. They also forgot the sauce I PAID FOR!

  I have ordered the same pizza three times. Their manager didn’t come in so it opened late and canceled the first two and i finally got an order in, paid over the phone, the poor DoorDash guy gets here and says I need to pay AGAIN. I have potential $90 in pizza costs on my card because of all the cancellations and IM supposed to pay again??? I have also been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a refund for the pizza I didn’t get. Please answer the phone I need a refund
