  I got to the taco bell at 9 and walked into the lobby just to be told the lobby didn't open until 10. I had gone through the drive thru at 9 but everything was off. I was told by an employee in the lobby that they were late and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order. I placed my order at 9:15 when the machine came on and then was told I had to wait 20 minutes til the food was set up because they were running late. It has bow been 40 minutes of me waiting for my order and I have to go to work. This is ridiculous! Just got my food and the fries are cold!!!

  When you think it can't get any worse for fast food and taco bell primarily. I took a break from Taco Bell for about 2 months because the quality and service had gotten so bad. I was with some family today and they wanted taco bell so we went. I ordered 2 #1's (taco supreme combo) and when we ordered it was a computer asking questions and finally we gave our code and the live person got on the speaker and said please tell us this # before ordering. The computer doesn't ask for it and it's not human, that was unprofessional and disrespectful of the employee. Then when I got home I opened up the tacos and there were no tomatoes on it hardly any meat and the shells were broken and the shell was stuck to the paper. No sause In the bag and no napkins either. It was pathetic especially when the Total was $24.00 for 6 tacos. This place is horrible on every level and it just reminded me why I wrote taco bell off in the past and for damn sure I'm officially done with there scamming ways and taking advantage of the public and screwing over the customers and just flat rude.

  I never write bad reviews but this place truly warrants one. After waiting for 25 minutes I left of not getting my food. The place was unorganized and the employees were hiding in the bathroom, one pulling his hair and leaving it in the sink. The disappointing part was speaking with the district manager to get a refund. After being told I was not going to get a refund I asked how she could make it up. I begrudgingly got a coupon. It’s obvious the leadership needs to be looked at here
