They were busy at first, I respect that. But my friend's ticket had been tossed aside, and they were calling my friend "entitled" and "rude" for going up and asking after we waited another 10 minutes after receiving my order. We weren't accusatory, just concerned that their order might've been lost, and asking to make sure that it had been received on their end. They then accused my friend of lying that their order even existed, despite them showing their app with their order saying "ready" and the location. Then, they took another 20 minutes to make their order, while multiple people came, ordered, and left with their food. The food was good, but service was just mean for no reason.
