  Ive got pizza twice this month. 1st time no pepperoni. 2nd time no basil pesto drizzle. How hard is it to follow a simple order.

  I have ordered the same pizza three times. Their manager didn’t come in so it opened late and canceled the first two and i finally got an order in, paid over the phone, the poor DoorDash guy gets here and says I need to pay AGAIN. I have potential $90 in pizza costs on my card because of all the cancellations and IM supposed to pay again??? I have also been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a refund for the pizza I didn’t get. Please answer the phone I need a refund

  Don’t expect to actually ever speak to anyone at the store if you call, you’ll only get sent to a call center and when they try to transfer you to the store you’ll just hear the repeated automated thing before the call drops after 5-10 minutes. Extremely frustrating

  It's downright absurd that a pizza restaurant can run out of pizza, but here we are, living in this dystopian nightmare where culinary incompetence reigns supreme. You’d think they would stockpile those dough balls like it’s the end of the world, but no—poor inventory management leads to disasters like these. They probably underestimated demand during peak hours and didn’t bother to prepare properly, assuming people wouldn’t flock to their establishment for a slice of cheesy heaven. Maybe they're too busy twirling dough for Tiktok rather than keeping an eye on the sales forecast. It's a pizza place for crying out loud; if you can't keep up with making pizzas, what are you doing in this business?
