Even when there are NO cars in the parking lot you are still going to wait forever and be treated like you are an absolutely inconvenience to the employees day. Never stop here if you are: traveling with children, babies, the elderly, or anyone who may be slightly impatient. If you need to grab a quick meal, or a hot meal for that matter. This is genuinely the worst restaurant I have been to in my entire life. Stop anywhere on the service road, just not here.
