I ordered at the drive thru window a triple dip cone(which I was charged for, but didn't get what I paid for). She became very upset when I refused to pull up to the trashcan and wait while she was going to serve others. She said it would only take 2 min, but it was more like 5. Then she brought my cone looking like it had been licked on and dropped on the floor. Look at the pictures. A hot mess. I will definitely not be back here again and will highly discourage anyone traveling I-20 WEST ....to NOT STOP at the Dairy Queen on exit 84. Keep driving. There's a nice one at exit 112 and the staff is friendly, professional, and know how to prepare treats. I'm also going to inform the manager because like myself there's no telling how many customers she has already ran off. Pitiful service and horrible ice cream cone. Uggghhhh
