- SBSteven Bredemeyer3 days ago1.0Their "system's down" 2 times this past week and once the week before got me a little suspicious so I pulled up to a pump and watched. Only some were turned away while others got food. I don't normally notice certain things about people so it took me a moment to realize... for people of darker tones the system seemed to work just fine and they were able to order and receive food. But people of lighter tones drove through with no service. I'd doubt my assessment but the people working there have full view of whomever's at the drive thru because unlike many other truckstops the loop is set up around the front. To be honest after realizing this I'm not too sure about the food either. I've experienced similar over the years and it always surprises me.

Haven't been to this Wendy's location in aeile and it's consistent. This Wendy's is inside the Pilot Truck stop. Food is always good and I'm a start ordering those French toast sticks more often.
