  As an Uber driver I pulled up to the menu board mentioned I was picking up an Uber order. She tells me I have to use lane 1. In my truck you can not reach to be handed the food. What was she going to do, throw the food and drinks at me? She said I could use the walk up window. I left the window we were conversing at, went park walked up to the window to get the order just around the corner of the window I was at. If the drive up was busy or the order was not ready I would have on my own parked. However I was the only one there and the order was ready.

  This morning I ordered 3 combo meals at the drive-thru. I waited well over 10 mins. One of the meals was completed incorrectly. After getting the order remade, I pulled FORWARD to check my bag before proceeding to my destination. Another customer behind me, began blowing the horn & sticking her middle finger at me while AT the drive-thru window. The manager proceeds to come to the window & tell me that if I didn’t move she would call the cops on me because I was running her clock down. I had a hard time understanding how I was holding up her clock when the other customer was already at the window. My vehicle was well out the customer’s way. Horrible service and my order was still made incorrectly! I will NEVER revisit this sonic location!

  Wanted a banana shake waited 40mins and still nobody took my order with only one customer ahead of me. Really sad nobody cares about true customer service

  If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolute trash. Every single visit is the same slow beyond belief service disgusting food and employees who clearly do not care. It is a complete waste of time and money. We already have limited food options around here and this place somehow manages to make the situation even worse. They need to shut it down immediately and replace it with something that actually deserves to be here. Don’t waste your time or money on this disgusting establishment.
