  Poor customer service. First time we went there, we ordered chicken and fries. They gave us all fries no chicken. Second time our fries were dumped at the bottom of the bag. Who ever is working the kitchen needs to go through training again.

  I brought my 10 yr old son and was planning to eat at the restaurant. They did not ask if I was dining in and packaged my food to go. While waiting for my food the music was pretty loud and very inappropriate. Songs about female body parts and every curse word under the sun. The staff acted as if this was completely normal. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The total disregard for children at this establishment should be an embarrassment to any manager/owner.

  Just as quick I was to praise the location they let me down twice within 3-4 days! I called confirm the first time that my wings were well all mild! They were well and the were completely unsauced oil at the bottom of my container! Return them they fixed them second time called to confirm well done and mild!! Yes we got it my husband picks up its oil again! I’ve ordered well done mild wings all my life and never had an issue with the sauce sticking!!! Hooters does it just fine!!! The second mess up lets me know I won’t be back one because the night crew doesn’t listens and plays entirely to much and then you have a young girl at the counter batting her lashes as if their mistakes is and issue!!!
