  This Sonic has always been a miss for me until recently. I’m not sure what has changed here but the staff has been more pleasant and order wait time has decreased. I called last week about my drinks being flat, they were nice, apologetic and quick to remedy the incident.

  Worst service or should I say no service. I have frequented this Sonic for over 20 years. They have seen me for the last time. Stopped in the stall and pressed button. Had to ask hop if they are taking orders and her response was "no". We had been waiting approximately 15 min. Watched others drive away. Maybe the owner should go in as an under cover employee.

  I ordered my order tonight. My cherry limeade was disgusting and had no flavor. I ordered bacon on one of my burgers and didnt get it. I also orded pretzels and didnt get those. However they gave me the sauce for the pretzels, make it make sense.

  This location used to be our go to. Now I will never return. We have gone on two or even three occasions where my father in law has received rotten sweet tea. He now refuses to go because it’s happened so often. Today my husband and I went and my hot fudge sundae was literally carbonated and the fudge was bitter. I looked up why that May happen and according to my search this happens when sanitation is not taken seriously. This location must be disgsting in the kitchen. I will never be back to this location after giving them so many chances and being disappointed over and over.
