  The recorded greetings on drive-thrus that are going around everywhere are annoying, but the one at this location is ridiculously loud and shrill. I feel like I'm getting my eardrums blown out and a spike through my head. The employees told me that a lot of people have complained and that the manager still refuses to turn it down.

  We went there on Monday and ordered large fries and a plain vanilla shake with whipped cream. She said the shake tasted strange and wasn't the same vanilla as usual. In the middle of the night my granddaughter started violently throwing up and couldn't stop for 2 days and has had diarrhea for 3 days now. Horrible stomach pains. I believe the shake was spoiled and bad and has had food poisoning from here!!! I'd love for the owners ro contact me about this. It's sad you can't even get quality food here for kids who love this place!!

  This location has gone completely downhill. In the handful of times ordering here last 6 months, this location has disappointed me and my family time and time again. This afternoon just takes the cake. Usually, I go through the drive-thru on my way home because this location is closest to my home, but every time I have gone through in the last 6 months there has been items missing, and I always have to check my bag before I leave. My order is always correct on the screen and on my receipt, so it just makes no sense how this always happens. (Usually I’m ordering for 2-3 adults and a young child, however today was just for my child and his dad) So instead of getting my hopes up with the drive-thru, I thought doing a delivery order through the McDonalds app would help avoid any problems, but I was COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a Happy Meal for my 4yr old, and the MAIN ENTREE WAS MISSING. Yep, no 6pc chicken nuggets anywhere in the Happy Meal box or the McDonalds bag. The double quarter pounder for his dad had the tag for ONLY ketchup, mustard, and cheese on the box, but of course there were pickles and onions found on the burger. We tried calling the store, THE PHONE NUMBER ISN’T EVEN FOR THAT STORE. The only number online and in the McDonalds app has a 512 area code, yet the store is located here in Ascension Parish which is part of Baton Rouge’s 225 area code. Everything about that store is just a nightmare recently. I refuse to believe that I’m just that unlucky, nor the only one to be having these issues with this location. Definitely going to be taking our chances at the surrounding stores instead of this one from now on.

  Pass it up and go anywhere else, useless waste of time. Waited 45 mins for unsalted fries and I was still missing my drinks.

  No idea who the manager was the night I went but that guy was hustling hard. He was on top of every order, every customer that was in the store he personally spoke with them and got their order himself. Only thing about the store was the tables were dirty and the bathroom is locked to keep the homeless and juveniles out. You have to ask them to unlock it, but once you go inside you will turn around and walk back out. My little daughter said she would hold it till we get home.
