- KHKari HNov 10, 20251.0Constantly "out" of ice cream or have to pull a new tub out of the freezer. Then employees claim it takes 15 minutes to defrost to scoop a single scoop of ice cream. Was told 3 different flavors were "out" for one order. One of the flavors was chocolate. Was told chocolate was "out" bc it was "busy". When I went in there was no one in the store waiting and only one family who was already finished eating in the place. Four employees, one working drive thru and to go orders and one making waffle cones (when they already had half a container of cones to use), but no one could take out ice cream and restock the cooler? My order was a mobile order also, so they had the 10 minutes before I got to the store to know they needed specific flavors and to defrost them if they needed. Customer service is horrible, workers have attitudes when asked to explain the issues with keeping flavors available or to substitute the flavors instead of waiting for them to defrost. Shift lead (evening/nights - short, Hispanic female) just stands around by the sinks in the back or with her back to customers and does not assist the workers when it is busy or they are moving slowly, and refused to provide her name when asked. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 items (3 scoops each of ice cream plus toppings). Would not recommend. Would not return as a customer. *Most of the 5 star ratings for this shop are over 5 years old (from old location/owners). Most of the recent reviews are 1 star due to customer service.*

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
