The lady that took our order couldn’t have been much more irritated with us. Our order was straightforward, no modifications or requests. When I asked to add a large ice water, you would think I asked her to pay for our meals. My 13yr old was shocked at our experience, and how another patron was spoken to. I would give negative stars if I could. The tables were clean, the floors were clean and even mopped while we were there. This was a human interaction away from being my best McDonald’s experience. If you hate your job, get another one.

In my past visits the person working drive thru was just there doing a job, this lady they have now is super sweet and personable. Great surprise. The food was also hot, fresh and good.
