I still stayed in drive thru. Got to the window and the manger or shift person told the person at the window they do not take orders at window. The line was so long and they couldn’t care less of customer service. There’s so much I want to say about both ladies but I’m going to be nice. Even the lady that relaid the message though it was a lot of audacity when she smiled and giggled it off

- HHHarleSep 19, 20251.0We gave them a second chance after a horrible first experience because bad days happen. We placed our order and sat in line for over 10 minutes with no cars moving. We could see the young men standing in a group just talking, laughing, and pushing each other and playing around through windows while several cars sat there. We eventually just left and went across the street to burger king and as we were leaving after placing our order and receiving our food there, we saw other cars just leave the wendys line as well.
