Waited around for a while, door locked, no answer at the drive through, and the workers who were in the lobby when I pulled up were never seen again. I only had a small window to pickup food, and they ruined it.
- DGD. Green225Oct 11, 20252.0Waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. It was almost midnight so they weren't busy. My wife got a side order of chips & nacho cheese, which cost $2.99. The amount of cheese she got was pathetic. They forgot 1 of our empanadas and my daughter's chips & guacamole. You would think after waiting half an hour on our food they would get it right. She told us it took so long because they were cooking our empanadas. Staff was friendly so I can't hate on them. But come on Taco Bell!!! Yall gotta do better
