    We ordered pick up. When we arrived our order was wrong. The young man fixed it quick and 10 minutes later we had the right order and some free breadsticks. Mistakes happen, its how we correct the mistake that matters and this young man had great customer service.

    I called in a order for carry out at 9 pm. When I arrived at 9:45 the store was closed an had apparently been closed since 9pm the operator who was answering calls an taking orders was not in the store an had no idea the store was closed and couldn't refund me my money. The website says they stay open till 11pm on Friday an Saturday but clearly they don't. Very upset and in need of a refund 😕
