I called them to see what was going on for them to tell me my order had been canceled. Tried to tell me the driver called twice and knocked on my door.. I didn’t answer so they returned to the store. (My pouch light is on, the window on my front door had the blinds open. I’ve been waiting on the couch for an hour and half) NO MISSED CALLS, NOBODY KNOCKED, my dog would’ve gone nuts. I asked if I could just place my order again that maybe they made a mistake and went to the wrong house bc I live in a town home… was told that it’s a security issue and that can’t be done. And I wouldn’t be allowed to place an other order today. I understand prank calls are an issue but I am a paying costumer and have children to feed, I have ordered here before plenty of times, paid with card and cash. Have never had an issue with drivers contacting me or locating my home. Chris (who I assume is the manger bc I was transferred to him) was incredibly rude and told me that “ he can’t make exceptions for me or he’d have to do it for everyone” I don’t understand how you punish a customer for a mess up on the store / drivers end. 🤷🏻♀️ I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

When it arrived my order was missing half and what i did recieve was horrible! I was told by the delivery driver that so called manager was messing up the orders and head manager had to come in . Mind u during the time period i had called 4 diff times 20 - 45 mins apart and they never told me anything couldnt even tell me where my order was . They just marked it delivered! Well my kids asked for it again tonight ordered around 7:30 my order tracker once again said delivered but it wasnt so i called the store n they said just give it a few minutes. Luckily the driver did show up but lord if i have to call and track down my order yall need new managers ! I have to say the drivers i have dealt with are better mannered than anyone else there !
