  Worst experience ever. i told them I was missing an item. I went through every single item I had before coming back and they argued that I had it i did not have the item. It was the only thing for me and all I was eating that night because I dont like the tacos.

  These people are the RUDEST Taco Bell employees I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I do deliveries and after 2200, anywhere, the lobby is CLOSED. So, I go through the drive-thru. I didn't even try the lobby, there's no point. And as I'm certain you're aware, Taco Bell drive-thrus don't have a way out once you're in them. So, I'm in the Drive-Thru, like I think I'm supposed to be, at this Taco Bell, and I'm talking to the automated Taco Bell box, when an employee interrupts to tell me that I'm required to come inside for doordash, I clarify it's Uber, she says doesn't matter you still have to come inside. I'm like, but I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru. And instead of being like, 'Well, this one time we'll let you do it, but in the future you need to come inside', or something else pleasant, instead she just turns off the box and ignores me. And then they have the NERVE to doddle, when putting the order together when I come inside to get it, like they demanded I do in the first place. This place needs better employees. Communicate clearly and courteously with your customers and it will go a long way. Personally, I will never eat here. You can't PAY me enough, to eat here.

  The food was cold. When i said cold, like it's was made 6 hours ago. It was a waste of time and money. The staff had a attitude problem like it was the worst day of there life's being there
