    Me and my husband went to this sonic last night march 2 2026. We only had 100s and a few ones. After ordering at the window and waiting 10 minutes for a slushie and strawberry shake. The girl working window then told me “sorry I don’t have the change” I said “that’s weird do you have a manger or something to get you change” knowing this because I worked at Winnfield sonic for 3 years when I was a teenager. She then said “well we don’t take big bills because we got robbed” 😐. So I went to the gas station next door to put a little gas in my car so I could get change for them. Went back to the drive through AND SHE WASNT TAKING OUR ORDER BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT WE STILL HAD JUST HUNDREDS!! So after waiting in the drive through for 5 minutes I went to a stall to order after ordering one teenage boy a little fruity didn’t catch his name came with attitude to ask “do you still have the hundred because we still don’t have change” I then said “no we went and got change for yall”. THEN PROCEEDED TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES FOR A SLUSHIE AND SHAKE.Theres no way this location is making the 3 minute runs they are supposed to there was only 1 teenage boy actually taking orders out to all 5 cars waiting at the stalls THEY WERE THEIR WHEN WE PULLED UP AND STILL THEIR WHEN WE LEFT!! Mind you I pulled in originally at 8:45 and did not leave till 9:49. Giving them a little grace bc it did take me maybe 5 minutes to get gas. Just unbelievable the one young man actually doing his job and running orders should get a raise (he has red hair and where’s a cross) and give the night shift a reality check.

    Orderd $30 dollars in food.Tipped well Foot long Sonic Burger Tots Large cheddar peppers Drinks. The foot long was made with two small hotdogs placed in bottom of bag with everything else placed on top.. The chilli and cheese squashed out all over everything. Called manager next day. I live 30 miles away. Was told to bring receipts. I did two days later while in area. I was treated as tho I was trying to get free food Talked to by a young kid night manager as tho I were trash. My wife and I have been going to this Sonic for over 25 yrs. I'm shocked We demand apology and what we paid for or we will no longer do business there😔

    Ordered footling combo double cheese combo cheddar pepper wait 20 minutes only to instead get a footling mad up of 2 smaller hot dogs 1 hot tot 1 cold rot and everything piled on top the dog chilie cheese over everything burger had 8 pickles and 2 handfuls onions on it I called spoke to mgr next day told would replace tots and dog go back about 6 days later with the receipt and was told I didn't come quick enough I love 20 mins away in Grant I'm not always in town and out of a 30 order I was only asking for 2 items replaced come to get food young mgr told me after 10 mins she would replace the food then went in call GM and is when told me they wouldn't do it what is wrong with these people serve you nasty cold food and it ain't even what you ordered cause they were too lazy to make fresh food really shouldn't have kids as managers either

    Poor unprofessional customer service!!!!!! Got told that I couldn't buy a drink because all I had was cash to pay with. I gave her $20.40 & my drink was $5.40 she said she didn't have changes, went inside & asked if anyone else did & she said they didn't either. She told me i can't sell you this drink, then handed me back my $20 & my change she dropped on the outside on the ground. The car hop seen it fall on the ground & turn around & walked away like she didn't even care just 0.10 made it on my floorboard. I called & complained to the MOD and said i just could have just come to the Drive thro & that I could have bought my drink that way. The car hop should have had enough consideration to let me know there was another way i could have bought it. I will not be buying anything from that location anymore!
