Then it changes and I see my order. Huh? Fortunately I was charged the correct amount, but how does someone else's order end up on my screen? The shake is brought out, no napkin, no spoon, no bag and there's chocolate syrup smeared on the outside of the cup. I ask for a spoon and napkin and he brings then back out. What's the deal with often not including napkins and such? I don't think there's much consideration that the food is being eaten inside a vehicle and it would be nice to avoid a mess. Every time I come to this location I remember why I stopped coming here.
