  should be negative stars. i ordered online delivery from the app. they didnt cut my pizza, didnt give me the season packets i ordered and instead filled almost a quarter of the box up with their peppers, all the toppings were slid to one side. thats honestly barely what im upset about anymore. the way i was treated by these people over the phone was absolutely ridiculous. they immediately called me a liar and tried to make me feel crazy for even thinking there might be something wrong with the very poorly made pizza sitting right in front of me. they suggested i take the pizza back up to the store and THEN they'll fix the issue. i do not have a vehicle, which is why i ordered delivery. i was brought to tears by the experience only to be told i "dont need to cry over a pizza," as if i wasnt crying because i was just straight up getting bullied by these people. after getting hung up on, yelled at, and enduring this treatment from two or three of their employees, they eventually settled on refunding my money. i couldnt even ask for a guarantee that i'll get my money back without being interrupted and yelled over.

  OK, so I'm getting really tired of paying for extra sauce, peppers, etc. and not getting them. Not there, not there, and not there. So do I only get my $45 dollars worth if I do pick up and can check it there?

  Papa johns is delicious and fair priced! only setbacks is the delivery range is quite small and ordering over the phone is impossible.
