  CORPORATE SAVE THEM! THEY NEED HELP! I usually love my experience with mcdonalds around the country. But I visit down here multiple times a year. Have been for 30 years. I've not had one good experience here, ever. I stopped going for many years because it was just that bad. The food, the rude employees, the nasty condition in store, everything. But I tried them again today. I got snapped at by an employee after patiently waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. The app said "enjoy your food" like I had been served. So I asked about it and literally got snapped at and had a loud exchange with an employee for me kindly asking about what the app said. Thankfully they had 1 employee with rational sense to understand what was going on and realized my food had been sitting there ready. That bad attitude is the complete norm though... also the floors are covered in slime. Even standing still my feet slowly slide apart. Lawsuit in the waiting...

  The bacon was so dry and tasted old that was on my breakfast sandwich. The man at the window was confused about my order and then I had to ask for my drink

  Very rude staff. No consideration. Argumentative and belligerent. Would not recommend in store or online ordering from this location.

  I had an unusual and disappointing experience at this McDonald’s this morning. I placed a mobile order for counter pickup about 20 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order wasn’t available due to an error on their end. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was very confrontational and made no attempt to help resolve the issue. I was ultimately refused service, which was surprising and frustrating. This is not typical of my past experiences at this location, which have generally been positive, so I hope this was an isolated incident and that management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.
