    If you're looking for a masterclass in terrible customer service, the Arby's in Pineville, LA has you covered. I walked up to the entrance only to be greeted by an employee smoking like it was their full‑time job and the restaurant was just a side hustle. Inside, the attitude was somehow even worse. Eye‑rolling, mumbling, and acting personally offended because I asked for one item to be left off a sandwich -- apparently a request so outrageous it required dramatic performance. The whole experience felt like I had interrupted them from doing nothing. I always thought people went to work to actually work I guess I was wrong in this case. Truly impressive levels of rudeness. So much so I them old to forget my order because they were to rude for me.

    This Arby’s in Pineville, LA is horrible! The food was so bad - ordered a Rueben and it literally had no sauce on it nor the sourkraut and was cold! Stay clear of this Arby’s !

    I ordered ONE meal. They told me to pull around front that it would take about 7 mins. Okay I can do that. 30 mins later I am walking inside. The girl who is fixing the bags has NO IDEA what she is doing. She gave my food out the window already. The man cooking and running the register is not paying attention. He proceeds to tell me itll be ANOTHER 15 min wait for my food that I have now waited 35 mins for. Um no sir. Just refund me. Then once he refunds it, says itll be back on my card within 10 business days. This establishment has gone so far down that im not sure if it can be fixed. They cannot say they were busy, as there were 0 cars in the drive through when I got there. 1 family inside already eating. 1 man who got there while I was parked and waiting for his food also. While there 2 cars came through the drive through and left with food, one being mine. (Also while leaving the man who got my food was walking in with it telling him that he had 3 meals not one and he didnt even order chicken.)
