Was told I had to take care of it on the app if I wanted a refund... which directs me right back to them then was mocked when I asked if everything was okay with the long wait... sooo... lesson learned the shake was fire though so there's that, not enough to go back unfortunately

It’s happened just about every time we go there. A small blizzard costs $5.09 and that’s ridiculous to pay and it just be ice cream.
